Hotel Isafjörður Cross-country ski course

Hotel Ísfjörður have held cross-country courses for many years and boast excellent coaches with experience and ambition.
It is taught at the skiing areas of Ísfjörður; Seljalandsdal and Tunguskógi. We consider Seljalandsdal the best cross-country skiing area
in the country, although we are slightly biased.

All courses start on Thursday evening and finish at noon on Sunday. It is assumed that participants can take a later flight on Thursday and
an earlier flight on Sunday. But of course you can also drive west to us and we recommend monitoring weather forecast as flight schedules
and road conditions can change rapidly due to weather.

The courses are suitable for both those who are taking their first steps and those who have years of experience in the track.

The courses are from Thursday to Sunday, and during that time we take 5-6 techniques and endurance exercises, go over ski care
and how to stand on the line in the Fossavatnsganga, to name a few.

The courses are divided into abilities and take into account the goals of the participants. Some are getting ready to put on a number
and line up, while others are taking it easy.

Price per person in a double room: ISK 98.500 and ISK 123.500 for one person in a single room
ATT! The confirmation fee is 20% of the total fee and is non-refundable unless the course is cancelled. Confirmation payment will be charged when booking is confirmed.

22 - 25 February    Fossavatn tournament ski course (Booked through Fossavatn.is)

14 -17 March            Only me and the girls course - Hótel Ísafjörður

4 -7 April         Only me and the girls - Hótel Ísafjörður

11 - 14 April        Mixed course - Hótel Ísafjörður

To book the cross-country skiing course just click on the date that suits you and the course above, which will take you to the booking page. There, you again select the date of the course you intend to attend. Then a window opens with all the accommodation options, then the hotel and room type are selected and the number of persons in the room is selected there. You can choose to stay 1, 2 or 3 in a room, if the intention is to have three in a room you have to choose "triple room". Deluxe and superior rooms are also available. You can stay at both Hotel Torgi and Hotel Horni.
